We pride ourselves on offering a supportive and welcoming club environment.
Whether you are a complete beginner to the gym or have previously been a health club member, our team can help you to achieve and improve your health and fitness. Our wellness team will be on hand to show you how to use our fantastic Technogym equipment and get the most out of your workouts.

- Get involved in the family bingo and movie night on Friday afternoon

We're all about offering members and their families exciting new experiences, so are delighted to be welcoming Pocket Towns to Nizels at our upcoming event weekend - a wooden role-play town offering an interactive play experience for your little ones!
