New Les Mills Programmes launch on Saturday 13th July
We look forward to hosting a complete morning of back to back Les Mills. Classes will be team taught by our excellent Les Mills instructors, so make sure you are one of the first to try the new programmes.

9am Body Combat
10am Body Pump
11am Body Attack
12pm Body Balance
